    June 2009 - This is a special blog like page with a humorous name and some serious ideas I've learned about using The New Electromagnetic Peace And Learning Science since 1980.  It will help you with links to the main ideas at this website, too.

    Part of the ideas are about human health and pet health, and some are about our experiences as out-of-phase life forms on a living planet in our universe.  I have used electromagnetic alignment as described in "The New Electromagnetic Peace And Learning Science" printable poster for over 30 years now, and it may be making me more aware of myself and our universe. 

    I will add new ideas from time to time with the date of the new entries, to help you find the new material.

    Please Note:  Since I am not an authority on health and some of the ideas may be new to you, please check with your choice of experts, if you decide to use any of the ideas I am sharing.  I am not recommending them, only sharing my experiences that seem to be helping me learn more and be healthier at age 67.  Midnight is 6 now and we both eat about 1/2 fresh raw veggies.

January 1, 2012 - An email I shared with my friends today.

Subject:   The Best Thing I Ever Learned About Sex And My Lower Back !

Happy 2012 and here’s a gift from me,
 
I just realize something about sexuality that increases the flow of energy when I have an orgasm about 10 times or so (at least 3 a week is recommended by some medical people for males to avoid prostate cancer, I read). Honestly, like from 1-3 to about 10+ right away in my case. And, I was surprised since I didn’t do the lower back exercise for sexual health at first. I was just loosening up my back muscles from using the computer so much, and then noticed what had happened to my sexuality as a result of the exercise, later on.
 
This works some as soon as you try it, and the more you do it the better it works until you have a normal healthy flow of energy whether you have a lover or are just staying sexually healthy.
 
Simply sit on a bed or the carpet cross-legged and lean forward gently (which may be difficult at first, but in a few minutes your lower back muscles will start to stretch) until you can move slowly from side to side hugging each knee and touching the bed or floor with your forehead as you move back and forth from knee to knee. Although this stops the blood flow through the legs for a few minutes while you are stretching, it is well worth it and soon it won’t take you as long to stretch these muscles, so the amount of time you sit cross-legged will be less.
 
Those of you who are Yogis may already be in good shape if you stretch these muscles daily, but for those of us who sit at desk and use computers or watch TV a lot, and walk our stiff lower spine for exercise, this stretch can cause an amazing difference in the amount of energy that flows into your orgasms as soon as you start doing it daily. It also makes a big difference in my hips and lower back’s movement as I walk, too. I’m looser and more fluid as I walk and it feels a lot better.

One More Note: Uncompressing the nerves in my lower back by stretching is also helping my bladder muscles feel stronger (which was leaking before I started stretching the lower back regularly almost every day and stopped leaking 100% in the last 2 weeks or so) and is probably helping all of the organs in that section of my body like stretching and exercising the upper back can help the heart and lungs.  Yogis use abdominal contractions to exercise the bowels and of course setups properly done, can strengthen abdominal and back muscles.

Note Jan 17, 2012 - Besides improving my sexual experience and bladder control significantly, my bloated abdominal muscles from my chest to my crotch tightened up a lot without any new exercising and my rectum muscles are noticeably stronger.  My aura popped out in front of me sort of, my chest and back (including the heart and lungs) seem stronger and when I walk my lower back is more flexible, and I enjoy walking more.

I also have added stretching my knees and spine by lying on my side and pulling my ankle and foot towards my butt with each foot, on both sides to help stretch the lower spine in the opposite direction to both sides.  It feels good to my back, knees and lower spine.

The Lotus Position

The Alphabet Yogis From "The Magician" In The *Lotus Position

Although the Lotus position is highly regarded by most Yoga exercisers and meditators, it stops most of the blood flow through the lower body which can affect oxygenation of the skin, muscles, and bones in the legs and feet, plus it may cause the central nervous system and cardio-vascular system to be confused as the blood flow is reduced.

Due to the lack of turbulence caused by the normal pulsating circulation of our blood, solids (calcium, magnesium, and zinc, etc.) may fall out of suspension and settle to the bottom of the veins and arteries, while oils (including saturated fats) may float to the top of the veins and arteries, with water stratifying somewhat between the solids and oils. This repeated blockage of blood flow for significant lengths of time, may contribute to poor circulation in the feet and legs as the unmixed solids and oils enter the capillaries together when you stop using the Lotus position, and over time might eventually lead to a stroke or heart attack, if any of the accumulating congestion in the veins comes loose and clogs the circulation in the heart or brain.

 

 

Also, an experience Chiropractor told me that the head stand was dangerous to the spine because you put all of the bodies weight on vertebrae that are only designed to hold the head's weight. I use a gravity inversion table to hang at about a 45 degrees upside down now, that stretches my spine rather than compressing it, which I like better. I have heard that inversion tables might be dangerous, too? David Edgin - Yoga exerciser and meditator ( About 40 years ) and former Hydraulic Sales Engineer.

November 8, 2011 - A version of an email I shared with a bunch of people in the last few days.

Subject: A New Humorous Natural Cure For Drinking Too Much In Hilo, HI ?

 

Since I heard on KITV (Channel 4 - ABC in Honolulu) that one poll rated Hilo as the number 1 city in the USA where people drink a lot, I came up with the following way of keeping that from being a problem.

The two ideas below may do more to help alcohol and drug addiction (by relieving emotional pressure) than is normally possible with other types of therapy. The first subject is from an email my sister shared with me a few days ago, and I created the second one a while back. Read Carefully……

A Dr. on TV said that to have inner peace, we should finish things we started and we all could use more calm in our lives.

I looked around my house to find things I'd started & hadn't finished, so I finished off a bottle of Jack Daniels, a bottle of Chardonnay, a caze of Buds, a butle of wum, tha mainder of Valiuminun scriptins an a bag a chpz.

October 9th, 2011 Subject: The Crank Fairy Joke Email To My Friends:

Here’s a joke I created for my son, that may help some of our friends who may be kind of hooked on "Crank" / "Meth".

 

Boy, it sure is amazing how easy it is to kick Crack Cocaine, once the Crank Fairy makes your brain so numb you can barely even remember ever wanting any Crack Cocaine !

 

Having “Crank” / “Meth” make the brain numb(er) apparently, may have helped a lot of people ignore the cocaine irritated part of the brain (which may have made them angry and violent at times) while it was getting better.

Also, the crank seems to help them be able to live and communicate without much anger, fear or worry as a result of the numbness making those emotions more subdued. However, they may not be as smart, as caring and as honest as they were before they tried being numb(er), which may also keep them from noticing their brain is numb.

 

Not swallowing the sniffed drugs into their digestive system by washing them out of their nasal passages (by gentle sniffing warm salt water a few times on each side and gargling) may help them be less physically addicted and quit if they decide they want to, since it isn't legal or very good for you after the sore spot gets well.

 

Also, kids who are addicted from birth may have some psychological problems when they begin to experience their emotions fully, after they stop staying numb. Brown rice has a lot of neuro-transmitters that help kids of all ages stay more emotionally stable.

 

Midnight and I eat a few brown rice crackers almost every day when we are feeling a little insecure, and it works in a minute or so since the nuero-transmitters seem to get to the brain quickly through the mouth's tissue.

December 25th, 2011 Update About Using The New Science

Although I have read several ideas about aligning your body to the earth different ways, after over 31 years of work aligning myself to the earth head north and feet south and using my background in electromagnetic alignment and as an AC and DC motor control field service engineer and hydraulic sales engineer, I feel sure that discovering how our language was created and about the new science was significantly helped by my being aligned to the earth and oscillating as I worked and rested as often as possible.  I think that as more of us learn the value of magnetic alignment, most of our human problems will improve.

 

Besides oscillating when you are align to the earth, head north - feet south (as explain in The New Science Poster); another way you can notice the earth's electromagnetic field's effect on your daily experience as an out-of-phase life form, is to notice over time that almost every thing that you reach or lean north for (more aligned to the earth's energy) at home or work, and when you are shopping is usually more okay or positive overall for you mentally, than how you feel about all of the things that you reach or lean south for (against the earth's energy) even though they may be things that you like in general like the couch or a chair, or the refrigerator or stove.  I've noticed that a lot for several years and it constantly reminds me about how important it is to stay aligned to our solar system to feel more positive about life.

Recently Midnight and I have been more aware than ever, that alignment of the secondary out-of-phase life forms (which have fronts and backs and spines off center) to the rotating electromagnetic system that some of our scientists say moves us approximately: 1000 miles per hour (1600 km/hr) at the equator (25,000 miles in 24 hours) as the earth rotates on its axis each day, 66,000 miles per hour (107,000 km/hr) as it moves around the sun each year, 483,000 miles per hour (792,000 km/hr) as the solar system moves through the Milky Way Galaxy (which has over 100 billion solar systems, some of which have suns that are so much larger than our sun that they would  be larger than the earth's orbit around our sun), and 1,300,000 miles an hour through the universe which has around 100 billion galaxies (if our scientist's predictions are fairly accurate).  All powered by the energy that also holds us loosely attached (because we are not naturally electromagnetically synchronized like the trees and plants who have spine-like body parts up the center and no fronts and backs because they have somewhat spherical shaped bodies like similar to the Sun, Earth and Moon) to the surface of our fast moving earth and makes us telepathically aware of each other at times (like Midnight and I think we are).

Besides noticing how leaning, sitting, sleeping or reaching north as compared to south affects your thoughts over time, each day you can notice when the centrifugal force that the earth creates as it spins on it's axis combines with the centrifugal force of the earth's orbit around the sun, too.  I have used Google Earth with the "Sun" turned on and rotated the earth until the sun was directly on the opposite side about 12 PM to see exactly when Seattle, WA USA (where I live now) crosses from getting lighter to getting heavier.  One time (about 1 or 2 AM), I thought I noticed I was no longer getting lighter and had started getting heavier slightly, so I took a look at Google Earth and it looked like we had been past the center point where it changes for an hour or two.  So, I was right.

 

 

What I have noticed is that each day in the afternoon and early evening (about 3 PM to 9 PM) when the two centrifugal forces are combining most quickly, is that while I am standing or walking around I feel myself getting noticeably lighter for several hours and then between 9 PM and 12 PM approximately, I still get lighter but it isn't changing as quickly.  After 12 PM I slowly begin to feel heavier until about 3 AM when I start to notice that I am beginning to feel heavier faster until about 9 AM and then between 9AM and about noon I am still getting heavier, and then sometimes after noon I can begin to notice that I am feeling a little lighter.

Also, driving south is always noticeably more electromagnetically aligned for me (because my head is north and my feet are south like a compass needle, and helps me feel more confident and positive, plus I usually like doing it and am not as in a hurry to get where I am going.  It also feels like the other drivers feel the same way.  And, I have also noticed curves and exits that cause me to cross the north to south center line (oscillate electromagnetically as I drive) are favorite spots in my regular trips that I nearly always look forward to as good exits or curves I enjoy driving through (especially if I cross north more than once like in an "S" shaped curve).  I have also carefully look at the oncoming traffic on the freeway going both way and notice a sort of group consciousness difference between the south bound groups and the northbound groups.  Southbound groups (more aligned north to south) seems more confident and relaxed overall like they are enjoying the trip usually and northbound groups (less aligned or magnetically reversed to the earth's magnetic field) seem weaker and somewhat confused and anxious to get where their going.  Usually I seem to feel about the same and don't look at the northbound cars very long when I am more aligned going southbound, because it doesn't feel as good to me.

Bottom Line:  Staying more magnetically aligned to the strong. fast moving electromagnetic system that has worked really well for millions of years is the best way to help yourself and everything else in the universe be more stable and positive, and to attract your natural electromagnetic relatives to your experience telepathically and physically, and to help the other people you don't feel naturally close to be affected in a positive aligning way that will help them, too.

 

January 2011 Update:  Chelated Iron - Wow !

Update from what I say below:  After taking Iron for a while and feeling a lot better, I decided I was better off taking the Nature's Way 18 milligram caps once or twice a week, since I no longer noticed a difference after taking them on a daily basis for a while and did get constipated some.  Once or twice a week seems okay, and I don't seem to be deficient like before.  Also, I started using Now Foods Magnesium and Calcium (which I chew up).  It is a calcium supplement with more magnesium than calcium and I noticed three great things: Besides helping me absorb calcium noticeably better, it also completely eliminated my acid reflux in my esophagus that I mention below, and it also has a mild laxative effect that eliminated the iron constipation and any chance of hemorrhoids, which constipation can contribute to or cause.  Also, after a week or so, I noticed my urination was noticeably healthier, too.  More flow, and less burning and stinging like the esophagus.  An, my bones and teeth really feel stronger.  I have been sharing it with Midnight.

Hi Everyone,

My dog Midnight made me think she needed some more iron, so I bought 100 Chelated Iron 29 milligrams tablets for about 7 dollars USD at the local discount store and split one with Midnight.  I also am looking for more natural sources of Iron.

It had a funny metallic taste which I covered with some food (as recommended) and then sat down by Midnight watching TV for a few minutes.  (I also tried taking 2 a day later, and got sort of constipated after getting mild diarrhea the first day, so 1 a day or less may be best for me and eating more natural sources of iron, too).  I read that diarrhea and constipation are both possible side effects of too much iron and fairly common.

About 10 minutes later I noticed most of my sore areas of my body, like my feet and lower back from an old whiplash injury and my computer sore spots like my neck and mouse muscles feel soothed more than any thing I have ever tried for soreness and inflammation without any numbing affect.  It was more like the iron was what I needed to heal the inflammation rather than it was muting the pain like aspirin.

And even though I take several supplements with neuro-transmitters and vitamins and minerals usually daily,  in winter we can get a little depressed by a lack of sun and the cold air getting to you, so an occasional real negative thought can occur.  After starting taking the Iron, I was pleasantly surprised that I haven't had a negative thought in about 24 hours, since I took the first half of tablet with Midnight.  A week later, I have more pep and still notice I am continually more positive.

Also, I noticed the anti-inflammatory effect might be really positive for helping hemorrhoids (which I don't have a serious problem with although I occasionally noticed my rectum was sort of sore and itchy, and once or twice a year I might have 1 slight hemorrhoid problem, usually after a constipated bowel movement that stretches things too much.

However, too much iron can cause constipation and that could be negative.  I did notice that the iron help my rectum feel healthier right away, too (less itchy and sensitive).

Plus, I probably have more pep too, so I might have been deficient and a little anemic without knowing it.

My brain also feels really relieved too, like it was inflamed from a little too much coffee and tea.

Thought you (especially the females to keep their blood healthy) might like to know and give it a try.  I really feel better !

Another note a few days later:

Hi, I have been working on my Learn Online letter tool to make it better for all levels of learners including 1-2 year olds with parents or teachers, to PhD's in Linguistics and other language experts.  I may have done it, since all the ideas may be new insights into our human communication.

Also, I took too much Chelated Iron (2 a day) and got a little constipated which is normal if you take too much, so I am going to take a little less.  The laxative felt great.  The iron is helping my blood fairly quickly heal some 25 year old car wreck injuries that were still inflamed and all of the other inflammation in my body.  It is like a miracle to me after all those years.

Midnight was right, we needed more iron.  It also has helped my energy level a lot, my hair seems to be growing more where it is thin, my gums are healthier I think and my thought process and brain is healthier and more positive after 5 days.

One more note a few weeks later:  I only take 1-3 Natures Way 18 MG caps or so a week now, since it seems to last for a while and I don't need as much iron as I did when I first start supplementing.  The caps are better than the tabs I think, and don't seem to contribute to constipation as much. 

 

December 2010 Update:  More ideas about health and human origins that you may like thinking about.

Water, Water Everywhere !

If you can healthily drink about a glass of water once an hour, you may start to lose weight some as you dilute the sticky stuff in your bodies stored congestion (fat and mucous) enough, that it can drain out of the body with the water.  In a few weeks of drinking from about 1 to 2 gallons (about 8 liters) of filtered water 16 oz. at a time (from refilled plastic bottles) I have lost several pounds right around my navel and on the sides of my waist (after a lot of years of trying to walk it off, unsuccessfully), even though I haven't exercised as much as usual (due to cold weather stopping me from walking very often) and I also had eggnog most of the days, plus I stopped taking the green tea fat burner (**since it was making me a little to acid) and ate everything I normally do, although being full of water may have caused me to eat less.

I have notice several times when I wake up in the morning, that more of my fat was gone than usual and finally figured out it was when I drank a lot of water the day before.  I think the healthy oil's fat will drain out some too (and even the greasy oils eventually, which are somewhat fluid in our bodies at 98.6 degrees), after the sticky stuff dissolves and drains out.  A way of understanding how this might be true is to notice that you may seem thinner in the morning (after lying horizontally overnight) and later in the day you have more fat above and below your navel than you had in the morning.  I think gravity causes the fat and sticky stuff to spread out at night (which makes you seem thinner in the morning) and settle downwards in the day which you are vertical to the gravitational pull (which makes you feel fatter later in the day).

And, water is 88.887% oxygen molecularly speaking, so it makes you feel better.  And it is probably the only thing that us tropical rainforest primates (we are the least furry of the primates) naturally drink.  Not being thirsty may make us less hungry and less likely to eat and drink stuff we don't really want too, like treats and alcoholic beverages that we might drink for moisture, if we are thirsty.  Also, washing out caffeine and other drugs in our blood and organs can help us feel less dependent on addictive drugs. 

**A quick note about acid stomach: Since I eat fairly healthily and haven't had acid stomach most of my life, I was surprised that it was a problem recently.  Finally, I figured out that lying horizontally while I write like I am now, was causing normal stomach acid to seep back up into my esophagus for hours at a time, and that since the esophagus isn't designed to handle the same level of acidity as the stomach, I was making it sore.  So, I am being careful not to injure it as much, and have found that anything you swallow to treat a sore throat will also help a sore esophagus, too.  Drinking Bicarbonate of Soda and water works something like gargling warm salt water for a sore throat and sooths the esophagus lining some, however sodium can swell and burn your urinary tract the same way salty chips can make your lips swell some and sting.    If you are like me, the sticky stuff in your body has salt in it too, so draining it may sting some.

Zinc lozenges (which not only helps reduce inflammation in the throat and esophagus, but also in the urinary tract and prostate), and cough drops can also help, but sitting up more is the best way to help end that problem, and watching how much acidity you ingest.  I may use a smaller amount of green tea fat burner again, too.

(Later Note: After using several cough drops a day for a few days, my acid reflux disappeared almost completely..........)

 

Black and White Africans ?

 

I explained below that there are probably at least 3 unique species of humans that migrated away from our natural habitat as the least furry primates; the tropical rain forest in Indonesia (where the Asian people who have unique eyes and are somewhat smaller may have migrated from), the tropical rain forest of South America (where the native American Indians in North and South America may have migrated from), and the tropical rain forest of Africa (where the Northern Africa and European people may have migrated from).  If that is true, then it may mean that since all of the Asian and Native Americans seem to still have naturally dark hair and unique features, then all of the Caucasians and Africans probably have the same roots and African ancestors.  The Caucasian Africans probably lost their color from being a little too cool (cold) for a long, long time (thousands of years probably, since I read that languages may have first developed about 100,000 or so years ago, and people from Africa must have been in Europe by then to begin to create the European languages).

 Interesting to a Caucasian person in the USA like me, who never was told that I had African Ancestors, too.  And if the current theory that we all came from Africa originally is true (which seems unlikely to me because of the unique indigenous peoples still living in more natural villages in each of the 4 tropical rainforest), I still have African Ancestors.

Pets - June 09

    First for our pets, I'd like for you to know that I have been telling dog owners I see who are walking their dogs, that after 18 years of experience, I realized that walking dogs on pavement and sidewalks causes them to have sore feet most of their lives, and can cause them to be somewhat crippled as they get older.  Midnight Too and I walk on grass mostly and play ball inside.

    Hot and cold temperatures can also hurt cats and dogs feet since they live indoors, so I feel the pavement on hot days and stay home on cold days.  If you watch dogs walking on the unnaturally hard surfaces, you may see what I noticed.  It hurts.

The first Midnight in her teens after having sore feet her whole life, without my knowing it.

The New Alphabet - June 09

    My early childhood video book won 2 music awards from the 3rd World Peace Film and Music Festival 2008 that was hosted by the City Montessori School in Lucknow, India; which is the largest private school in a single city on earth.

 

    I entered my music videos in the festival to share a new peace science dedicated in part to Maria Montessori with the 200 delegates from 85 countries that were attending the World Movement For Global Democracy's Symposium.  I was surprised and proud to be listed 2nd and 4th among the 7 music award winners for my 2 Video Book 1 music entries.

 

    The printable "The New Electromagnetic Peace And Learning Science" PDF file is a poster that explains the new peace science I discovered and then created "The New Science Song" about, to explain it to our children.  I dedicated the song and science in part to Maria because I read that she once said there is no science of peace, and I knew that I had discovered one.

    Musical Video Book 1 also uses programmed learning to help teachers, parents and kids ( of all ages ) learn how the alphabet letters got their shapes and how our words were created, while they are learning the words and music to "The New Alphabet Song", so they can sing along.

    Early learners and ESL students can learn our alphabet faster this way, because "The New Alphabet" discovery helps them remember the letter shapes and most of their natural sounds in an easier, more understandable way.

    Babies and toddlers can begin to learn about the alphabet letters and how to spell words too, as they learn about their body parts !  You can learn more about how my award winning, educator approved Video Book 1 makes this possible on this page, if you like.

    Due to the lack of turbulence caused by the normal pulsating circulation of our blood, solids (calcium, magnesium, and zinc, etc.) may fall out of suspension and settle to the bottom of the veins and arteries, while oils (including saturated fats) may float to the top of the veins and arteries, with water stratifying somewhat between the solids and oils. This repeated blockage of blood flow for significant lengths of time, may contribute to poor circulation in the feet and legs as the unmixed solids and oils enter the capillaries together when you stop using the Lotus position, and over time might eventually lead to a stroke or heart attack, if any of the accumulating congestion in the veins comes loose and clogs the circulation in the heart or brain.

 

    Also, an experience Chiropractor told me that the head stand was dangerous to the spine because you put all of the bodies weight on vertebrae that are only designed to hold the head's weight.  I use a gravity inversion table to hang at about a 45 degrees upside down now, that stretches my spine rather than compressing it, which I like better.  I have heard that inversion tables might be dangerous, too?  David Edgin - Yoga exerciser and meditator ( About 40 years ) and former Hydraulic Sales Engineer.

 

    I hope you will consider sharing this with the others that you know of who might like to see these ideas.  If you read the attached new peace and learning science, you might also want to consider the electromagnetic effect of sleeping with your head south and bowing face down, too. 

 

 

Wiggling For What You Need:

 

    I discovered something new recently about getting what you need, when you need it; that you may want to check out.

     

    What I discovered is that humans don't naturally sit on their tailbones like most of us do a lot, and having a dead end from doing that all day like I sometimes do, causes us to have weak neurological impulses up and down our spines when we think about getting more money or more success or whatever we are thinking about getting like paying off those wonderful credit cards.  So, try this if you want by yourself, and then with your kids, if you have any.

 

    Stand up facing South with your hands in front of you, palms up and wiggle your spine around loosening it up while you try feeling an impulse (like a thought ) of energy traveling down your spine from the top of your head to the tip of your spine, until you notice you just felt like you got something you need, then keep on doing it for a while and you'll probably start saying "wow that was real" when it begins to happen over and over as you send a pulse of energy from the top of your head, down your spine and off the end of your tailbone.

 

    I think that children and dogs may naturally wiggle to get what they want.

 

    After 3 months of practicing almost every day for a few minutes, it is working better than I expected and I have notice that when I think about getting the things I need, I really feel like I am going to get them (like I got them as I think about them).  I wasn't very good at this before I started practicing, and I have noticed that my thoughts and actions about getting what I need are now more synchronize than they were before, and I feel a lot more confident about getting what I want in the future, too.

 

    So, practice getting good at causing those "I got it" feelings by doing what I said about trying to feel a strong impulse of energy from the top of your head down your back to the end of your main nerve, the spine  ( sometimes I pat one hand on the top of my head and touch the tip of my tailbone with the other one, while I am loosening up my spine to connect the two points physically and mentally).  I have also been bending over and touching my toes before I stand up and wiggle, too.

 

    Doing the old fashion "Twist" or a "Hula" dance works too.  Just remember to make an emotional pulse from the top of the head and brain down the spine and off the end of the spine for what you want while you are dancing.  I also have learned to hug myself and feel like what I want slides in between my arms and chest. Like hug your money.....

 

    You can think more about what you want after you and the kids get good at feeling like you just got lucky without trying, which having a dead end or stiff spine seems to make impossible.

New: 5-27-2010  Exercising Your Whole Body In 10-20 Seconds A Day

    An Isometric Exercise book I read long ago said that 10 seconds of maximum contraction against an immovable object with any muscles in the body, will tell those muscles to grow in strength each day.  And, my Naturopath Dr. Doug Lewis ( a physical Medical expert ) said studies show that a few repetitions of the maximum weigh you can lift a few times a week ( I use 5 reps – approximately 3 times a week ) will tell your muscles to grow new muscle, and that doing a lot more of that type of exercise will begin to break down the muscles.

    So, I learned to reach up and put my hands on the top of our door frame with my feet out behind me.  I bend my arms at the elbows so they won't straighten and stand on my toes so my heels won't touch and push as hard as I can in both directions with all of my bodies muscles while I also lock my abs, throat, mouth, face, buttocks, bladder and rectal muscles, plus grip with my hands for 10 seconds each day for 2 days, and then on the 3rd day I use the same approach and push up and down 5 times (5 reps), locking the other muscles and gripping with the hands the same way I do when I do the isometric exercises.  Also, I hold a partial chin up for 10 seconds each day I do the Isometric exercises and 5 partial pull ups each time I do the 5 reps to strengthen the arm muscles I pull with.  I also walk a mile or two a day which includes climbing up and down a block or so of steep stairs and stretch by doing some gravity yoga positions I created (I'll add here at a later time).  Plus, I hook my toes under something and do some easy set ups some, too.  And, I walk Midnight a few blocks in the park fairly often, too.

Here's some more ideas that might be new to you, which I have been thinking about and sharing with my friends.

 

I talk to my plants some and my potato plant talked me into eating some raw potatoes to help an injury to a joint and it is now one of my main and favorite food (I also eat a lot of raw cabbage and lettuce), although I don't eat many cooked, since I think they can cause congestion in my body.

 

Potatoes dissolve and absorb sand and dirt underground and contain everything that is in the dirt.  About 30 seconds after I split a blender batch with my cocker spaniel, we always feel better than we do after eating other foods.

 

I peel 3 russets and wash them off, then cut them up in the blender and let the blender make them into small little chips I can easily drink 3/4 of the blender full 2 or 3 times a day.  I then mush up Midnight Too's (my dog) share so I can put it in a plastic syringe and pump it slowly into her mouth, which she really likes.  She eats over half raw vegetables frequently and won't take a piece of meat most of the time and nearly always takes any vegetable she likes raw.

        

The peels according to my potato plant are not important, it is just where they touch the dirt while they are dissolving and absorbing it.  Chew some up and you'll probably notice that they cause your teeth to get really squeaky clean fast.  They also do that to your colon, your cardiovascular system, and all of your organs.  And they break down the sticky stuff that holds the fat on your body together too, and I lose a little weight from eating them as they seem to dissolve the fat off me. 

 

Raw potatoes also can prevent a blister when you get a burn I read and in the blood they can soothe sore joints and muscles, too.  And since they are a food, they may also help build new tissue too.  At first I got a lot of gas as they dissolved and digested all of the dead stuff out of my colon, organs and blood stream that didn't smell when I ate mostly potatoes which I did a lot, and now I don't have the gas and I feel a lot cleaner inside, and stronger, and less sore.

         

        I read brown rice has a lot of neurotransmitters (GABA and PABA), and I've discovered that a half of cup almost instantly improves memory and mood significantly, plus it can make stress almost disappear in a few minutes. A healthy brain is apparently a happy brain.   I also read that studies show soaking brown rice overnight causes it to release up to 10 times as many nutrients including natural magnesium and zinc which may help me absorb calcium better than supplements.  Try it on your favorite grouch (or yourself).  It can really make them happy, if they are deficient in neurotransmitters.  I used it for memory several times over the years and then noticed it affected my mood in a positive way in a few minutes, too.  I really felt like I had never been happier after being worried for weeks before I ate the rice, right before Christmas 2008.  A little every day or two seems to help my over all mood stay more positive continuously.  I don't worry very much now and my memory is pretty good, too. 

 

My other great new food is a tablespoon of cold pressed oil a day, which lubricates joints and muscles and makes you skin healthier.  Sometimes I use Canola oil or Olive oil and sometimes I used Coconut oil.  Most vegetable oils should work.

 

Between the potatoes (sometimes mixed with fresh lettuce and/or cabbage), brown rice and a little extra oil, everything but my computer injuries are getting well and they are better, too.  I usually share all of this with Midnight Too when I eat.

 

One more thing you probably know, Oat Bran is abrasive and  hones out you veins and arteries I noticed and remembered after eating some to remove some eggnog and pumpkin pie that was making it a little hard to breath right before Thanksgiving (cough, cough).

 

   

My 1st Real Miracle

 

One more nutrition note, I have been taking 2 "Green Tea, Fat Burner" capsules a day for about 3 months and drinking a cup or 2 of Oolong tea with them in the morning.  This has boosted my metabolism some and stopped me from drinking coffee because I like how the green tea makes me feel so much more than how I felt when I drank coffee for about 50 years.  Note: Increasing my intake of "Green Tea, Fat Burner" to 4 or so a day made me over acid and I stopped taking them for a while, but am loosing weight faster now by drinking enough water to dilute the sticky part of my fat enough that it drains out of my body with the water and then the oils slowly drain out too, I think.

 

Even though I have been eating cookies, ice cream, melons and turkey brats some, and not exercising as much (as when I used to drink coffee everyday, usually by walking 1-2 miles to Starbucks several times a week), my stomach fat is still clearly disappearing without doing any Abdomen "Crunch Exercises".  However, I do tighten all my muscles for 10 seconds each day.  And like coffee, the teas can make your stomach over acid some.

Water, Water Everywhere !

If you can healthily drink about a glass of water once an hour, you may start to lose weight some as you dilute the sticky stuff in your bodies stored congestion (fat and mucous) enough, that it can drain out of the body with the water.  In a few weeks of drinking from about 1 to 2 gallons (about 8 liters) of filtered water 16 oz. at a time (from refilled plastic bottles) I have lost several pounds right around my navel and on the sides of my waist (after a lot of years of trying to walk it off, unsuccessfully), even though I haven't exercised as much as usual (due to cold weather stopping me from walking very often) and I also had eggnog most of the days, plus I stopped taking the green tea fat burner (**since it was making me a little to acid) and ate everything I normally do, although being full of water may have caused me to eat less.

I have notice several times when I wake up in the morning, that more of my fat was gone than usual and finally figured out it was when I drank a lot of water the day before.  I think the healthy oil's fat will drain out some too (and even the greasy oils eventually, which are somewhat fluid in our bodies at 98.6 degrees), after the sticky stuff dissolves and drains out.  A way of understanding how this might be true is to notice that you may seem thinner in the morning (after lying horizontally overnight) and later in the day you have more fat above and below your navel than you had in the morning.  I think gravity causes the fat and sticky stuff to spread out at night (which makes you seem thinner in the morning) and settle downwards in the day which you are vertical to the gravitational pull (which makes you feel fatter later in the day).

And, water is 88.887% oxygen molecularly speaking, so it makes you feel better.  And it is probably the only thing that us tropical rainforest primates (we are the least furry of the primates) naturally drink.  Not being thirsty may make us less hungry and less likely to eat and drink stuff we don't really want too, like treats and alcoholic beverages that we might drink for moisture, if we are thirsty.  Also, washing out caffeine and other drugs in our blood and organs can help us feel less dependent on addictive drugs. 

**A quick note about acid stomach: Since I eat fairly healthily and haven't had acid stomach most of my life, I was surprised that it was a problem recently.  Finally, I figured out that lying horizontally while I write like I am now, was causing normal stomach acid to seep back up into my esophagus for hours at a time, and that since the esophagus isn't designed to handle the same level of acidity as the stomach, I was making it sore.  So, I am being careful not to injure it as much, and have found that anything you swallow to treat a sore throat will also help a sore esophagus, too.  Drinking Bicarbonate of Soda and water works something like gargling warm salt water for a sore throat and sooths the esophagus lining some, however sodium can swell and burn your urinary tract the same way salty chips can make your lips swell some and sting.    If you are like me, the sticky stuff in your body has salt in it too, so draining it may sting some.

Zinc lozenges (which not only helps reduce inflammation in the throat and esophagus, but also in the urinary tract and prostate), and cough drops can also help, but sitting up more is the best way to help end that problem, and watching how much acidity you ingest.  I may use a smaller amount of green tea fat burner again, too.

Substance Abuse - June 2009

 

Two thing I think we all should know about this subject is that any substance you use to cause a desired effect, that later causes an undesirable after effect that it can be used to treat, is potentially addictive.

 

And, that using positive habits in conjunction with the negative habit, may be a way of helping control addiction.  Cleansing the nose with warm mild salt water, and drinking a glass of water once an hour or so, plus taking the ginger root capsules, are examples of this idea in the explanations below.

By the way, for substance abuse I thought of a couple of ways to help those who want to quit.  For Crack, don't swallow since a good deal of the addiction probably comes from ingesting the substance.  You can freeze the brain and then use warm salt water to do a yoga technique I think is called Neti, where you breath slowly through each nostril alternately 3 times, while closing the other one.  Then after you spit the dust and pollen and crack out, you blow your nose and rise the warm salt water out of the mouth and drink some fresh water while you take a couple of Ginger root capsules which help heal the inflamed tissue (caused by numbing it) that causes you to want more cocaine, I think.  I would take the Ginger caps several times a day.

 

The Ginger root caps also work for alcohol addiction by soothing and healing the nervous system as well as the stomach lining some.  Alcoholics can learn to drink a glass of water (which is 88% Oxygen and the only thing that most mammals ever naturally drink) about once an hour all day and take the Ginger root several times with the water.  They will find that since their brains aren't as sore and they are not very thirsty, they won't feel as addicted in a few days and will probably drink less alcohol, too.  Water will eventually win out since it is so much better for human health.

 

As far as I've read, Ginger root is really good for you and might also help heal other physical pain problems, which it also helps mute since it is somewhat numbing.  Those other physical pain problems might also be causing some people to want to drink, so their sore spots, like my computer injury neck doesn't hurt so much.  Ginger root helps my neck and the enzymes seem to really help clean you out digestion and congestion wise, too.

My "hates being cold" wife said "I don't want any brown rice and I knew she was a little worried about her heart and getting older:

So, I went to the supplement store again (Super Supplements in Seattle) and bought some Now Foods "GABA" 500 mg and some cool cayenne which is easier on your stomach, if you're not used to using Cayenne.  It amazing once your body adjust to it and it has a lot of health benefits including it helps keep you feeling warm as it burns fat off the body all winter long and it is great food for the heart I read and can feel.  And it also increases libido, if you're still interested in that.  Its probably not a good idea for pregnant or new moms.

Pregnant and nursing Mom's should check with the health authorities you trust and try just a little if it is considered okay by the experts.

New: 2-12-2010  -  Some ideas about HIV, I wrote in the original version of "The New Alphabet" 1996 that might be interesting to anyone who is or knows someone who is HIV positive (I am not).  I am including them because I thought they might also be helpful to anyone with health problems.

 

  New: 2- 2010 HIV

          This short study is intended to help individuals think about HIV in the Electromechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Human Body as a system contamination problem that can be controlled and possibly eliminated through preventive maintenance.

          It is not intended as medical advice or a recommended approach.  If you should decide to act as a result of this study, you should do so only at the advice of an experienced licensed Naturopathic Physician, in my opinion.

            I have no medical experience and should not be considered as an expert on HIV or human health, although I do have professional industrial experience with Electromechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment and systems.

What I know about HIV and Aids that prompted this explanation:

             It is transmitted primarily by sexual contact, both heterosexual and homosexual, or when blood from the infected individual carries the virus to another person.  It is not normally transmitted by breathing or by saliva and scientists and medical authorities agree that HIV does not survive well in the environment, making the possibility of environmental transmission remote.

We have shown that 20% lemon juice (final concentration) in human semen irreversibly immobilizes 100% of sperm in less than 30 seconds. A similar concentration also rapidly inactivates HIV. Thus intra-vaginal lemon juice might provide a cheap, readily available and extremely effective way of stopping the sexual transmission of HIV, whilst also providing contraception."

            What this means to me as I consider eliminating as much as possible of the virus from an infected human body by using a preventive maintenance approach is that:

            The virus is easily eliminated by lemon juice and by exposing it to the atmosphere, We are primarily concerned with the hydraulic (liquid) systems in the body since the pneumatic (breathing) and electromechanical (physical) systems are not normally responsible for creating more virus.

            The virus might not be able to travel up the colon to the esophagus and into the mouth due to the acidity in the stomach which may be similar to exposing it to the 20% lemon juice concentration which kills it in a short time.

            Since I've read that lemon juice has a pH of about 2.2 -2.5 which is fairly acid (apple cider vinegars have a pH of about 2.4) and distilled water has a pH of about 7.0 which is considered neutral on the pH scale, a solution of 20% lemon juice and 80% distilled water may have a pH of about 6.1 which will kill the virus in less than a minute.  Since the pH scale is not linear in terms of acidity, this number may be wrong and testing the solution with a pH meter is required.

            I also read that the human body can't survive if the pH drops below 7 (the internal pH level of most living cells) or goes above 7.8, and that buffers in human blood maintain the blood pH very close to 7.4.

            It seems to me that qualified experts like Roger Short who I mentioned above, should see how long the virus will last at a pH of 7 and what pH is required to eliminate it in a minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, etc. Also, they should study if we can lower an average human's pH (making it more acidic) to a level where the virus is eliminated in an acceptable length of time that will not permanently injure the human.

            If for instance, a pH of 6.8 will kill the virus in one hour and we can safely maintain the body's pH at 6.8 for six hours, we could try controlling the virus population with this approach.

            Once again, I know very little about HIV and am only suggesting that a preventive maintenance approach might help eliminate some of the virus from an infected human body. 

            Also, remember that the above information needs to be checked by a qualified scientist who has synchronized her or his own electromagnetic field with the earth's magnetic field so they will be conducting a more scientifically study.

            Now here's what I would try if I were HIV positive, based on my experience with my own body and the different methods I have tried that improved my own health.  Even if you are not HIV positive, you find that some of the ideas are ones that you might like to consider for yourself by asking a qualified Naturopath if they think a particular approach might benefit your health.

Cleansing The System:

I don't know what happens to my blood's pH, but I feel great when I take a lot of Vitamin C and it kept me from getting a noticeable fever when I caught a killer flu virus early if 2004.  If you have constipation problems Vitamin C can eliminate it and I don't seem to have allergic reactions when I take 5,000 or so milligrams a day for a few days since it is anti-inflammatory and along with an occasional diphenhydramine hydrochloride (like Benadryl) virtually eliminates histamine reactions in my body (a person who has been to the hospital twice for allergic reactions to nuts and now carefully eats nuts frequently without a problem).

            Flaxseed oil can also be used to decongest the body's oil system at the same time you are cleansing with Vitamin C and will help you unclog the oil glands on the back of the body's anal area which might be a breeding place for the virus that is hard to treat.  Adding 2 capsules of Now Food's pure Anti-viral Oil of Oregano to your oil intake of 4 ounces a day (1 ounce at a time with food) of Flaxseed oil for a several days until you taken a couple of 16 ounce bottles of Flaxseed oil will help decontaminate your body's oil system.  This will also help decongest your cardiovascular system of plaque some what.  Be sure to ask a Naturopath if this is okay, first.

I am learning to use Cayenne thanks to Dr. John Christopher's writings and am amazed at how quickly it has begun to decongest my cardiovascular system.  I also created a candy for kids with Acne that is composed of mostly raw ground flax seed, a small amount of ground raw milk thistle seed (which helps clean the liver), lightly toasted almonds, honey (which won't support bacteria growth) and sometime, natural peanut butter (with no added oils).  It also helps clean and decongest the body, plus the honey (which can suffocate bacteria) and the fatty acids in the Flaxseed oil it may be antibacterial.  Midnight and I love it. 

            Safely discharging sperm as often as possible during this process may help decontaminate the prostate and testicles.  Using Tribulus, an aphrodisiac herb which promotes bladder, kidney and urinary health may help men here and is also sometimes recommended for females too, who should make sure they consider menstrual and ovulation in their decontaminating cycles.

            Lowering the Vitamin C input to 2-3000 milligrams a day and the Flaxseed Oil to 4 ounces while increasing your digestive enzymes input to 4 times the recommended dosage can help your body digest the proteins and other undigested foods that accumulate in your kidneys, liver and other places in the body.

            Using a maximum recommended dosage of Milk Thistle through out this process will help cleanse your filters, the Liver and Kidneys. 

            Partially or completely fasting with distilled water at different point during the decontamination process will help flush the loosened congestion, dead virus and liver bile from the body.  Also, safely exercising will accelerate the blood's flow through the body causing increased turbulence in the veins and arteries.  Taking Grapefruit Pectin will take advantage of the turbulence to abrade even more congestion from the body including arteriolosclerosis.  

            Eating as many fresh vegetables as possible when you're not fasting will also help in maintaining cellular health and using supplements such as RNA-DNA will help in rebuilding the cellular structure of the body.  Be sure and discuss all of these ideas will a qualified health professional.  I have tried all of the above ideas and think they were safe for me, but I am not an authority and am not recommending that you try them.  I hope you will consider this type of approach with a qualified Naturopath to see if any of the ideas will help you live with HIV or improve your health for other reasons.

            Supplementing with recommended immune system boosting herbs like Echinacea and Oregano, plus complete vitamin and mineral formulas should also help HIV positive individuals and others avoid other nutritionally preventable diseases.

            Be sure and remember to sleep with your head towards the magnetic pole you are closest to, and learn to oscillate from Part 2 of "The New Alphabet".  It seems to make me much more psychically aware of what is going on in my body.

Water, Water Everywhere !  12 - 2010

If you can healthily drink about a glass of water once an hour, you may start to lose weight some as you dilute the sticky stuff in your bodies stored congestion (fat and mucous) enough, that it can drain out of the body with the water.  In a few weeks of drinking from about 1 to 2 gallons (about 8 liters) of filtered water 16 oz. at a time (from refilled plastic bottles) I have lost several pounds right around my navel and on the sides of my waist (after a lot of years of trying to walk it off, unsuccessfully), even though I haven't exercised as much as usual (due to cold weather stopping me from walking very often) and I also had eggnog most of the days, plus I stopped taking the green tea fat burner (**since it was making me a little to acid) and ate everything I normally do, although being full of water may have caused me to eat less.

            I have used from 10,000 up to 20,000 milligrams of Vitamin C (Natural Factors Blueberry, Raspberry and Boysenberry 500 milligram Chewable Ascorbic Acid tablets left out in a bowl to allow them to soften up) a day for weeks at a time without getting an acid stomach and felt significantly better in most ways although I did get diarrhea and a slightly sore rectum from the acidity several times which caused me to stop taking the tablets for a day or two until my rectum returned to normal.  I felt significantly better energy wise and knew intuitively that I had cleansed the small intestine in a very positive way and assume the large intestine was also somewhat cleansed, plus felt several clogged veins or arteries which I thought were normal unclog as the blood suddenly started flowing through them.  I felt wonderful although the sugar in the tablets caused me to go back to a non-chewable 1000 milligram Ascorbic Acid version.

No life form in the universe naturally eats non-living food.  It causes congestion and that causes most human and other animal diseases.  Cows eat living grass and water and have protein rich muscles and calcium rich bones and milk.  If we feed them stored grains and hay they can develop tumors, like we sometimes do eating non-living food.

 

Most of the life forms in the Universe probably naturally reproduce in the family somewhat (at least at first, when there are only two of them), if not for the most part, including the in-phase life forms, the plants.  That makes me wonder why "survival of the fittest" doesn't work for humans the same way it helps other species stay healthy?  Maybe humans should be reproducing however they naturally reproduce as animals, which might help lower the divorce rate and the number of separated families.

 

Women have functional breast and create new bodies in their own and men have non-functional breast, so you can probably guess who the real masters are, since some of the men are also choosing to be virgins and say it is better than making babies, which makes you wonder if their brains are working as they meditate in the perfect master's position (the yoga lotus position) which almost completely stops blood from flowing through their legs, and eventually can lead to a stroke if some of the congestion reaches their virginal brains.  They have also started hundreds of wars over the last thousand years or so, sometimes to try and make things more peaceful, and women may not have started any wars, which is more peaceful.

 

Living in a cool cloudy climate causes us to have high melatonin levels in the winter (according to Dr. Anne Marie on the Weather Channel) and some of us may compensate for that by using hot beverages with caffeine to help stay awake and warm our bodies some.  It took me 48 years to clearly see that Seattle's winters stopped us from smiling as much, too.

 

However, when it's cloudy, the humidity (moisture) which is 88.88% Oxygen, may cause you to be exhilarated by the fresh natural moisture adhering to your lungs as you breath about 17,000 times a day (at 12 breaths a minute), and that might add extra oxygen to your blood which is pumped through your body by your heart, which beats around l00,000 times a day on average (at 75 beats per minute).  Air is about 21% Oxygen without counting the Oxygen in the moisture.  I've noticed that I feel better on humid days several times and more stressed on dry days, too.

 

 

New: 5-27-2010  Human Origins (More Natural and Less Natural Development And Migration)

(Updated 12-2010 With More About West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea and migration)

Humans are less furry than most of the primates and our natural habitat is probably near the equator, since most of the other primates that have more fur stay fairly close to the equator.  Since most of the native humans near the equator are brown, that means to me that humans probably are naturally brown with dark hair.

Since unique species of primates developed in South America, Africa and Indonesia along our natural habitat near the equator in the rainforest where natural living food and water is abundant, apparently unique types of humans may also have developed in those areas.  Also, a unique species of humans seems to have developed on the island of West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea too, with estimates of over 850 indigenous languages and at least as many traditional societies, out of a population of around seven million given online for only half of the island that is approximately the size of California.

The reason I say that is because the Indonesian's people who may be the friendliest humans overall, also may not be as large of people as the South American and African native people (on average although there are tribes of smaller people (sometimes referred to as Pygmies which you can learn about at this link: http://www.pygmies.org/ ) in both Africa, South America and other countries (I read that there are also pygmies in Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, and Brazil. The term also includes the Negritos of Southeast Asia.)

 South American (Amazon Indian type natives which you can see at http://www.amazon-indians.org/ and http://www.amazon-indians.org/Matis-Video-01.html) and Indonesian natives (which you can see from this page http://discover-indo.tierranet.com/indopeople2.html seem to me to have straighter hair on average than some of the African 's curlier hair (which you can see here http://www.pbase.com/unguy/congo_people), and the South American's and Indonesian's eye's and faces are more similar to one another than to the African eyes which may be more deep set with larger brows on average, although the South Americans are not at dark skinned on average as some of the Indonesians and may have stronger looking hips overall.  Africans, and West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea's native people (who may have curlier hair on average like the Africans which you can see here http://www.pbase.com/chris67/papua_new_guinea) may all have more color on average than the South American natives and may be darker than the Indonesians on average.

When some African people wandered up north in Europe where it is cold, they may have lost their natural color and some of their natural features may have changed over time like their hair may have become less curly and lighter in color.

 Some of the mostly curly haired Africans are the darkest skinned people on earth as far as I can tell, looking online at the equator's native people, with some of  the West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea native people being almost as dark skinned and also probably a curlier haired unique species of humans.  Some Europeans are the lightest (as far as I can tell, looking online at their native people), so Africans probably developed first and have been in the warm climate longer which nay be why they are darker, and they probably migrated into Europe longer ago than the Indonesians may have migrated into Australia (to become part of the Aborigines with straighter hair), Asia, The Philippines, and Alaska (Eskimos), most of which still seem to have the Indonesian's unique eyes and dark straight hair .  Some of the Asians now have very light colored skin like some of the Europeans from Africa, but most Asians and Eskimos seem to still have naturally dark straight human hair. 

 North Americans from South American who may not have migrated as far north for as long as the European Africans, also seem to still have mostly dark straight hair like the Asians, but their skin color may not be as light as the Asians and Europeans (and Caucasian North Central Asians who probably came from African Europeans in Europe), maybe because they developed later and began migrating later; and haven't been in the cold climates for as long, which may be what causes the naturally dark skinned tropical rainforest primate humans to lose their color and worry more in the winter.

 The mostly straight haired South American tropical rain forest people (like the Amazon natives) probably migrated south to become Incas, and north to become Mayans, Aztecs and the North American Native Americans like the Iroquois, Cherokees and Apaches.

West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea's people, who seem to me to have unique skulls and curly hair like the Africans, plus eyes that are somewhat different than the Indonesians, may have developed in their rain forest before the Indonesians and South Americans.  Some of the curly haired West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea  people 1, 2 may have migrated to Australia, since I saw some Australian Aborigines 1, 2, 3 that resembled them and some that resemble the Indonesians with straighter hair, too.  I think this Youtube video about Aborigines shows both curly haired and straight haired Aborigines, and also some people who have a combination of the Indonesian and Papuan unique features.

Also, after looking at Hawaii's King Kamehameha the 1st's portrait and some of the other early Hawaiian people, and then at pictures of the indigenous people of  West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea 1, 2, 3, 4, ;  Fiji 1 ; Samoa and Polynesia (I am still looking for indigenous people pictures for Samoa and Polynesia), it looks like the curly haired West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea people with their unique physical features, may have been the ones that migrated east from West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea's tropical rainforest, where some of the remote tribes have practiced cannibalism, which the native Hawaiians also are said to have done.  So, it looks to me like the original Pacific Islanders were probably a part of the migration of people from West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea, and later were influenced by migrations of people from South Americans and Indonesian people who had already migrated out of their natural tropical rainforest habitat (some of which may have migrated from Indonesia to West Papua), and then later in history may have decided to cross the ocean to the tropical islands (and that might account for a possible Asian influence on King Kamehameha's eyes).  And, the West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea migration makes geographical sense to me, as I hover above the earth with Google Earth's help.

It is also possible the curly haired  West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea people and the Pacific Islanders originally came from Africa (here is a picture of some Zimbabwe, Africa kids 1, some Ethiopia, Africa kids 1, 2, and some Zambia, Africa kids 1 for comparison with these West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea Kids 1, 2, 3) since they have similar features, however I don't think so since that is about 6,000 miles across the India Ocean by sea (and maybe against the trade winds) and further by land, with a lot of climates in between that they might have had trouble surviving in until, they found the other tropical rainforest that had unique species of primates, and probably unique species of humans, too.

And climate wise, unique species of tropical rainforest primates had about the same chance to develop in West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea (with some areas receiving over 200 inches / 5 meters of rain a year and because it is only a few degrees from the equator) as they did in Africa, South America, and Indonesian where unique species of primates developed including unique human species too, apparently.

Also, I have noticed that some Asian 1, 2 and South Americans 1, 2 can look similar too, even thought they probably came from different areas of the earth originally, so the Africans and the West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea people being somewhat similar, may not mean that they both originally came from Africa.

The fact that there are not any other unique species of primates in West Papua, Papua and Papua New Guinea (with their more than 850 indigenous languages and even more traditional societies) may be because some of their people (with over 800 unique groups and languages, some of which have been or are cannibalistic), may have hunted and eliminated the other primates that may have developed with them and that ate healthy vegetation and fruit, which might have provided them with a similar healthy source of food until the other unique primates, if there were any, became extinct.  Note: Matis Amazon Indians still hunt primates today.  More about cannibalism:  cannibalism in papua new guinea

It is also possible than more than one type of human primates developed in any one the natural primate tropical rainforest habitats, although the people that survived until the present and created the migrations out of their natural habitat may have had the same origins because of their similar features, including their overall average size and build, unique skulls, eyes and hair (straight or very curly). 

This could be true because of survival of the fittest or strongest people may have occurred over time and the less fit or weaker species of human primates (if there were other species of humans in any of our natural habitats) may have been destroyed (and possibly cannibalized in primitive times), or the humans that survived may be a genetic blend of more than one human species that develop in their natural habitat after thousands of years of reproduction together, like I mention about India below.

I also noticed that some of India's and Russia's native people had Asian eyes, and some of India's native people did not, which might mean that some of India's and Russia's native people originally came from Africa and some from Indonesia.  Also, there are some of India's people who may be a unique blend of the African and Indonesian people after thousands of years of blending the African and Indonesian genes together.  This is probably also true of other places where unique species of humans have migrated together and reproduced together over time.

 If you are wondering how I got started thinking about all of this, it happened when I was so sick of being cold and somewhat depressed on my winter walks, that I suddenly realized that I was a tropical animal out of my natural habitat and realized that all humans are probably tropical naturally.

 Since I haven't heard these ideas about the origins of people before, I thought I would include them here and share them with my email friends, too.

Also, I think migration is as natural as drinking water and breathing air for all species of life forms on our planet including the plants, too.  All species of life probably adapt to the ever changing conditions on our planet by migrating and looking for better conditions to live in.  It can be the factor that causes a species to survive or become extinct, if conditions like severe climatological changes (droughts or floods, etc.), the number of predators increasing, or food sources disappearing, etc. occur.

Humans migrating within, or out of their natural habitats is also controlled by the same energy that moves our planet through the sky at about 67,000 miles an hour according to NASA, and understanding that we are out of phase life forms which The New Electromagnetic Peace And Learning Science explains, is the reason we have made that mistake, I think.  Black and white (Caucasian) Africans migrating all over the globe into other species natural habitat and trying to stop the more natural species like native North and South American people from migrating, is also controlled by the energy that moves us through the sky and holds us on the earth.

 

    Although that seems unfair to me, I also know that governments making rules that limit natural instincts, is also caused by us being out of phase to the basic energy that helps the moon and earth move through the sky without much of a problem for thousands, if not millions of years and can help in-phase plant life forms exist for thousands of years together peacefully if they aren't disturbed by us out of phase creatures like insects,  loggers or gardeners.  I think governments should help people migrate, not forced them to be illegal and dishonest to survive because we are moved by the energy and it controls us and our movement, not the other way around which is what the governments think is going on when they try to stop our natural migration.  Bottom line: stay aligned to the planet like the moon, because it works better.  The New Electromagnetic Peace And Learning Science explains how I think we may do that, if we do.

 

One more thought:  Since it seems as though the Africans may have been the first to migrate out of their natural habitat (because they apparently developed first), it may be possible that humans from the other natural habitats may have gone through similar stages of development where they would become more territorial, if they had developed first and as long ago as the Africans did.
